I have over 25 years experience as a commercial lawyer, originally in big firms in Sydney & Melbourne, then as a partner at White Cleland and now as a sole practitioner.

My primary area of expertise is buying and selling businesses. The industries in which I work are many and varied – from professional services such as healthcare, accountants, financial planners and real estate agents to farming, manufacturing, construction, distribution and retail. The size of the businesses I deal with ranges from small family enterprises to subsidiaries of multinationals turning over 100’s of millions per annum.
